Solar System Studies
Suprisingly, given the low temperatures, a variety of high-energy processes are seen from all terrestrial planets, Jovian planets and minor bodies. Constellation-X can help advance our understanding of basic plasma and plasma-neutral processes within our solar system and, by implication, in extra-solar planetary systems.
